We are are engaged in organising sports and other recreational events as well as providing an internet based booking platform for and in connection with Our as well as third party sports and other recreational events and sports facilities & venues through Our Website and Mobile Application either by Our self or through Our subsidiaries, affiliates or third-party service providers ("Service").

    2. Provide content to us, which may include reviews, purchase details and history, favorite vendors, special merchant requests, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the GetSetPlay Platform (“Your Content”).
    3. Use our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information.
    4. Correspond with GetSetPlay for customer support;

While you can browse some sections of our Website and Mobile Application without being a registered member, certain activities (such as placing an order) do require registration. If you permit the GetSetPlay app to access the calendar on your device, we collect calendar information such as event title and description, your response (Yes, No, Maybe), date and time, location and number of attendees.

  1. To provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services, such as to enable reservations and other services, enable features to personalise your GetSetPlay account;

  3. To administer and enhance the security of our GetSetPlay Platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;

In order to facilitate your online reservations processing, we provide your information to that venue/academies/vendors in a similar manner as if you had made a reservation directly with the venue. If you provide a mobile phone number and email address, GetSetPlay may send you text messages and emails regarding the reservation status.
  3. For Crime Prevention or Investigation: We may share this information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us, when we are:
    1. Obligated under the applicable laws or in good faith to respond to court orders and processes; or
    2. Detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of Services and other illegal acts;
